The project consisted of the removal of existing line stripes and the installation of new line stripes. We shot blasted the existing line stripes to remove the existing failing coating. Installed a prime coat of a polymeric amine epoxy followed by a topcoat of a high-solids polyaspartic.
Kaiser Aluminum

This project consisted of general maintenance painting throughout a facility. All areas had to be thoroughly cleaned and painted. The work was completed during a shutdown and during operating hours. All of the work completed during operating hours was able to be completed without any disruption.
Clark Construction Company

This project consisted of a newly constructed fire station. The fire truck apparatus bays required a new layout of line stripes. The new concrete floor was first shot blasted to create a profile of where the line stripes were to be installed. The line stripes were then painted with a high-solids polyamide epoxy.
AXIOM

This project was a nice renovation and upgrade for the early childhood center school. Along with the updated finishes were gained graphics in the corridor as well as the gymnasium.
Pioneer Construction

This project was a challenging 12 story apartment complex and an attached 3 story parking garage with a roof deck pool. A compressed schedule and high demand for manpower were the biggest obstacles we overcame to complete this high-rise on time for our client.
Included in the project was the painting of drywall walls & ceilings, concrete ceilings, wood doors & trim, and metal doors and frames. The finishing of all these various substrates resulted in a great-looking high-end apartment building for downtown Grand Rapids.

This project was a new facility for Midwest Energy’s Corporate Headquarters. Included in the new facility were a two-story office, warehouse, data center, truck bay storage, and a vehicle maintenance garage with a wash bay.
Throughout the project was various finishes from the general painting to vinyl and digital wallcovering to epoxy floor coatings. A major part of the project was applying an elastomeric coating system on the entire exterior tilt-up concrete walls.

The project entailed painting and application of high-performance coatings on a new 92,000 sq. ft. three-story facility.
Mol-Son
2017
The addition of a new 9610 sq./ft tool shop expansion along with the renovation of the existing tool shop area. The project involved painting exposed ceilings and ductwork, walls, and steel columns. The walls included a painted wainscot lower section to match the existing color scheme of the existing facility. Also shot blasting existing concrete floor, patching, and applying a 3 coat epoxy/urethane floor coating system to the new and existing shop area.
The Christman Company

A new state-of-the-art cast iron foundry. Construction included 200,000 sq. ft. of production, 40,000 sq. ft. of warehouse, 18,000 sq. ft. of new office space, and various support buildings. Work included painting walls, all structural steel, color coding pipes, and column identification all completed within a challenging 14-month schedule.
CSM Group
2016
This project incorporated many renovated areas of the event center, mainly the locker rooms and the arena entrance tunnels. The scope of work included an epoxy floor coating in the player’s entrance stairwell. Prepping old walls prior to painting, and painting exposed ceilings throughout the weight room and visitor locker rooms. This project had to be closely managed daily for planning and scheduling work around the events taking place with the hockey team’s practice and game schedule.

The project consisted of an installation of an epoxy floor coating system at the base of the bleachers in the walkway. Prep consisted of shot blasting to clean and create a profile on the floor. A prime coat of 100% solids epoxy was installed with a full broadcast of a sand aggregate. That was followed by a topcoat of 100% solids epoxy. This system created a durable, slip-resistant finish.

The project entailed shot blasting an old existing concrete floor to remove the existing coating and provide the proper profile, epoxy patching of low areas in the concrete, and applying an epoxy floor coating.

The project entailed painting a new addition to the existing church including a new worship area.

H&H Painting’s own staff certified 3M DI-NOC installer prepped and wrapped elevator doors and frames with a metallic finish to complete the transformed lobby renovation.

2018
H&H Painting combined services to paint the renovated office and classrooms with the new additions of music, band, multipurpose and auditorium spaces. Skilled vinyl hangers installed unique graphics and acoustical backdrops. Detailed work went into the staining and sealing of woodwork, sealing floors along with stairways, and painting the stage floor.

H&H Painting delicately stripped existing old finishes on wood doors, wainscot stairs, and trim in the existing facility. Followed by staining and varnishing all new and existing wood combined with the detailed painting of multiple substrates resulted in a wonderfully uniform historic renovation on MSU’s campus.
Young Supply

The existing floor had carpet tiles that were glued down. Once the carpet tiles were pulled up the glue needed to be removed. The glue was cut/removed with our floor grinder and carbide blades. After most of the glue was removed we were able to start diamond grinding the floor for a surface profile. When grinding was complete the floor was primed with a 2-part epoxy primer, 2nd coated with a two part epoxy and flake was broadcasted into the wet material at a medium rate. The final coat was a clear 2-part urethane to protect the floor for many years.

Worked entailed painting of a newly constructed early elementary school for Kindergarten through 2nd grade. The architectural theme throughout the school was bright colors with a lot of accent colors and designs.

The project entailed cleaning and repainting exterior EIFs and bumper post on the exterior of the existing office area.
Mattawan Public School
2017
The project entailed sandblasting of rusted lockers in the high school boy’s locker room due to paint deteriorating and creating surface rust. Lockers were repainted with (1) intermediate coat of Macropoxy 646 and (1) topcoat of Tile Clad Gloss Epoxy to match Mattawan Blue.
